    However I have a new one. So my transfer was part blocked by yourself for no valid reason. As a result my electricity went across on around the 21st of Jan but my has only just gone across.

    Checking to see if I have a final bill which it appears I now do.

    Well I was hoping it would be right but alas too much to hope for. I appear to have been charged an additional months worth of electricity with the bill showing both services leaving at the latter date with an estimated reading for electricity even though the supplied meter reading is on the bill.

    Can you please sort it out???

  • I was perhaps in the same situation that you were in. I, however, did not complain or do anything from my side because Eversmart Energy never really informed me officially about any price increase. They did try to coerce me over the phone by telling me that the fixed price rates would increase. But that did not happen.

    I did intend to complain if they ever sent me a formal letter/email, but that never happened.

    An update on my situation - the unit prices did not go up at the end of the month (unlike what the Eversmart representative tried to convince me over the phone)

    Someone from Eversmart has joined this forum and posted on here that the price increase is not going to happen within the fixed term, which is a good thing.

    Enstroga. I have been in touch with the daily mail tony hazel and they contacted me to say they could not get in touch with enstroga. They have changed address, companies house registration details and telephone number. Can’t anyone close this company down. I’ve had no success in contacting them and dread trying to leave

    Why have you posted this on the Eversmart topic?

    Perhaps you could ask the BG to move it to the Enstroga one?

    I've just had a phone call from Eversmart asking me to get a smart meter - They are offering me a cash incentive now to go ahead and get one.

    I have been saying all along that I want to wait for the rollout of SMETS2 meters, but they advised me that the ones they are fitting now SMETS1 are identical apart from the software and that these will be upgraded remotely via software update to SMETS2 in due course - Is this correct ???

    Does anyone know what model of smart meter Eversmart are currently installing ?

    Mine is a Secure Liberty 100 installed at the end of October last year with a Pippit IHD. This latter is perhaps not the most sleek looking but it does the job.

    Thank you. I assume once they have been installed most people stick the IHD into a draw and forget about it ? - I can't see why you would want to use this otherwise (once the novelty has worn off) ??

    I see that a new Eversmart Energy android app has just appeared in Play Store. It does not seem to do much yet but looks promising.
