  • I got my application processed after 5 months. It was a straight TR1 application though with no complications. Happy with the overall service. Thanks to the Land Registry and the team for assisting and helping.
  • I am selling my freehold house which is subject to a rentcharge.  The rentcharge agreement does not exclude section121 of the Law of Property Act 1925 so the management company are signing a Deed of Variation to exclude section 121, as required by the buyers' lender.  Does the management company have to complete form ID2 in order for the DoV to be registered with the Land Registry?  Thank you.

    Hi Land Registry

We purchased a new-build house nearly two years ago, and it has still not been registered. We need to remortgage now, and obviously can't until this matter is closed. The e-conveyancer we used had also been pretty poor so not having any luck contacting them. Can you advise the status of the application. The title number is HP829889.

    Thanks
  • Hi Land Registry
