I'm on similar (upgraded this time last year) - £11.20, though got a 5Gb add on and 2 months free, so it's ended up being £9 something.
The app isn't saying anything about an upgrade, but I seem to recall that the £11.20 was guaranteed for 2 years, though the 5Gb data bonus wasn't.
If it drops down to 5Gb I'll be on live chat again to renew.
I'm expecting a better deal as of course data is getting cheaper year on year..0 -

What’s happened to Vodafone retentions? Just been on live chat and so far first offer is 100gb data for £24 a month🤣
Second offer 3gb a month £15!
Can’t see me getting anywhere but leaving them at this rate.

Has anyone been able to get Vodafone to bundle Global Roaming Plus (eg, for Canada/USA) on a reasonably priced plan (~£10)? They are trying to bundle it with the Entertainment pack which is of no interest to me. Have a second sim only contract where the 12 months sim only deal is coming to its end but my contract says I have a discount on account until Nov 2020
Vodafone say that it will tick along the same as the last year with no change of cost from my sim deal until Nov 2020 so this line will keep as paying £10.14 for texts data and minutes which is acceptable and do not have the hassle of changing0 -
I did think my bill would go up as it was a 12 month deal but it’s staying the same £11.20 for 5gb and unlimited mins/tests so I’m staying as I am at the mo. Might try bartering over summer when I’ve more time.....Sealed Pot Challenge number 8 Amount declared £365.50.
