The term seems like a long one, do you think i could negotiate further?
"Yip, that's not very good for a 24 month contract. I WOULDN'T accept that"
Thanks for the advice foolsgold99, I rang back and they've dropped the term to 18 months.0 -

I'm still within my 2 months before my contract expires. So i'm eligible for an upgrade. I called up asking for my PAC code and they state I would have to pay £57.79. If I offered to pay this, would Voda still do me a good deal. Or do you think they would let me go? Also Is it worth waiting for my contract to expire?0

Anyone know when the PAC code can be officially retrieved, is it the day contract expires or a week earlier? Please support my thanks button if I have been of any help

I think you can get your PAC when you are within 30 days of the end of the contract. Strictly speaking it's not a PAC CODE at all, just a PAC, because PAC stands for Port Authorisation Code (I think)!3 stone down, 3 more to go0 -

depends how quickly you want a new phone and if you want to stay with Vodafone or not. I have just under 2 months to go and have made enquiries but decided to leave it a few weeks and see how the land lies then. I would imagine that the closer you are to the end of your contract, the more they will be worried about losing you and thus hopefully offer you a better deal.3 stone down, 3 more to go0 -
I rang the 0808 number spoke to Paul, who was very nice and helpful. who gave me all that I wanted which was the same as last year.
2 new phones 250 mins 100 texts 12 month contract. The phones Nokia Nav. and SE595. I do not need or know how to use the top end phones. Family and friends all for £34pcm.
Now I am happy with that. Nothing like the toccy fones and happy fone, stormy fones, Iphone and all of that but it suits me!!!
But I have asked for it in writing. 14 days grace!:rotfl:Be ALERT - The world needs more LERTS0 -
I phoned vodafone today and accepted the following.
Free Samsung Lucido
250 minutes
100 texts
Unlimited internet and emails
£17.50 per month for 18 months.
Total price of £315 for whole of contract.
What does everyone think of that deal? The phone costs around £220 sim free so I thought it's quite good? I was wanting a Samsung Classico but Vodafone dont stock it for some reason.
My 14 days are nearly up, just wondering if anyone thinks this is a good deal or could I do better?
Thanks!0 -
