this is a thread i just made slightly off topic but just be careful as my past few days have been hell with vodaphone and im still sat here waiting for new phone....

Click where the writing would go into the message and it should bring up a keypad on the screen, from the keypad you can change the type of keypad you want to use (e.g. handwriting, mini-qwerty, full qwerty, alphnumeric etc.)

bloody vodafone - thought I'd finally got an upgrade I was happy with - I asked him to give me an hour to check out the phone I wanted and he said he'd call back - that was two days ago and because he offered me that I still didn't order my PAC :mad:

Now I have to sit listening to crap on 191 until I get through again tonight.

Just asked vodafone for my PAC number and been offered
Blackberry Curve
600 mins
unlimited texts, emails and internet
£24.47 a month for 24 months.
The term seems like a long one, do you think i could negotiate further?

Currently on 18 months
250mins
250txt
stop the clock + passport
for £25 and am happy with what im getting but want the same contract but with free internet and a sony C905.
Been offered the same contract and c905 for £50 from 1st call to upgrades. Am i likely to get the free internet and the phone for free if i ask for my PAC?

They can definately do that. You should be able to get 600 mins, unlimited texts and internet plus your phone on 18 months for £25 :T

I'm currently on Vodafone sim only 600 mins unlimited text for £20 per month however really want a blackberry (for the email).

Does retentions apply to me? I'll be happy getting at least:
600 mins
500 texts (or unlimited)
Internet and email
Around £25 pm on 18 mth basis.

Possible?
