No idea if it's a standard tariff and then the cost has been discounted but I'm getting the below for £12.50 a month

150 mins
500 text
unlimited internet
passport
That deal sounds perfect for me. How long is the contract for?

Anyone else have anything similar?

I recently agreed a deal with retentions however like other people what I agreed to and what I received were two seperate things.

I have now returned the handset and want to re-negoiate with retentions and am wondering whats is the best way to get their attention as my contract terminates with Vodafone on the 16th.

Ask for your PAC.

Can I just ask- is a PAC code the code you use to transfer your number from one network to another or something to do with your handset?

Ok- just found the answer.

It is. I was getting confused between PAC and PUK.

Watch for those calls from Vodafone where the person cannot be called back. They are able to give better offers than the people you can call directly at Vodafone.

They called me and made an offer which was amazing (£10/month 500mins, 100 texts, internet included - normally £7 alone I think), but daftly I did not jump at the chance to take the offer. It was later impossible to have it. And the cheeky blighters sent me a letter confirming a new contract at full price (even though we never agreed it... funnily enough they did not have a recording of the call to listen to when I asked them to listen to it and cancel the contract! They did cancel it though)

I'm now looking around for the best deal (probably have to get another PAC because the one they gave me last month is either exired or will do about now. I'm so late resolving this...)
