  • Have fed the dog & am back in bed with a cup of tea. Had a Text from n wide to say base mortgage rate has gone up so they will be writing to me about any rise in my monthly payment 😕 Shouldn’t be much of a rise at the moment but may be more to come in the new year.

Feeling a bit low this morning. Worried about covid. Worried about testing negative but still maybe taking covid up north to DF. Will be glad when work is over today. Will have a chat with DF tonight & see what happens in next few days. Will be testing again before I go.

I have received an Email from lidll with a voucher for £10 off £40 shop. Only valid until 24 December. I am tempted as I could easily get £40 of meat etc for freezer and fill store cupboard with tins etc. However I am isolating until I go to DF just to reduce my risk of catching covid before I go. I also spent most of yesterday shut in the living room away from DS although his PCR came back negative. It’s so close to Christmas now it would be just my luck for us to get it now 🙁

  • I've the same worries and TomBo is LFing each day, I'm waiting until the morning to do mine then will be doing it each day I'm away as I'll be mixing.

Fingers crossed it's just a normal winter bug with DS and your plans work out.

Could GF go and use the voucher for you?

  • Work is finished for this year 🤗

Have cleaned the bathroom and hoovered the hall stairs & landing to celebrate 😆 Am just having an ice cream 😋& then I will walk the dog. DS & gf are at work.

Treated myself to a kfc delivery at lunch time £11.26. Eating fried chicken & typing on a keyboard at same time is not recommended 🤦‍♀️
