Had a lovely afternoon although we had a change of plans, due to the rain we went in the car. All the shops are in a small area next to one another just out of town, about 15 minutes by car.I got all the Christmas presents except one. I need to get a bottle of Port for b-in-law. I will get it later this week when I am on a late shift. I will check online where is cheapest before I set off.We set a limit of up to £20 each. Got my sister some perfume she asked for from boots reduced from £32 to £16, a pair of xmas socks in lidlle £1 and baileys chocolates £2.99 in b&m.Nephew (15yo) is having a galaxy selection box £2.49 liddle & cash. Got DF some smellies £2.99 & a calendar he asked for £1 in b&m and a box of biscuits M&S £4 to go with the magazine subscription I pay for each year for his xmas & birthday. Also got my older niece & her partner some clementine & cranberry Buck’s Fizz & box biscuits from M&S £4 each. So far I only have a box of walnut whips for b-in-law £2.49 in b&m so depending on how much the Port is I may need to get him some smellies to get up to £20. All paid from xmas fund.We stopped for a drink & sit down then friend did a big shop in liddlle & I dropped her off home.DS & his gf have walked the dog so I am just sitting with my feet up for the rest of the evening. Still no xmas decs up.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Must find some energy to get up in the loft & bring some xmas decs down. Might not bother with the tree as there isn’t really anywhere to put it. The space in the living room is taken up by my desk and equipment. The space in the kitchen is taken up by the small chest freezer that DS & his gf bought themselves when lockdown started. I do have a Christmas garland to go over my large mirror over the fireplace in the living room and one with pine cones and lights to twist round the staircase.Puppy dog is not v happy this morning. Had to coax her down for breakfast & she just stood there looking at it rather than wolf it down like she normally does. She did eventually eat it very slowly. She’s had a drink & has laid down again. I will give her till 7.30 then see if she wants just a gentle walk across the road to the pond. One of us will need to take her to the vet if she doesn’t improve 😢🐶
edit- we have had a little walk round the pond & she seems alert & normal behaviour so maybe she just wanted a duvet day. 😴 Shes currently sat on the doorstep out the back, sniffing the air, watching the seagulls and barking at the neighbours cat 🤦♀️0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Managed to get LF tests after work yesterday but what a faff! We (in England) now have to get a barcode online. I think this is to track you as you have to put in all your details. I phoned the chemist nearest me at 1pm and yes they had some, by the time I popped in at 3pm they had run out 😕 You can order online for delivery by post but didn’t know if they would arrive on time. Walked a bit further to the next chemist and thankfully they had some. Showed them the barcode, otherwise you can’t have any. Thankfully they are free.Went to my house-moving friend and witnessed their signatures on their contracts so hopefully they will be exchanging contracts & completing soon. 🤗 Was thanked with a baileys over ice & chocolate 😋0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

The LFs arrived within 2 days when we ordered them, but it may be slower in England.
Well done for getting the shopping, the gifts are fantastic.
Hope PD is feeling better this evening.
Has your friend got any other forms to witness 😊😊Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2 -
I believe they have run out of postal test kits in England (according to the news) and many chemists cannot keep up with the demand. I think I was lucky with the 2nd chemist yesterday.Walked the dog this morning, it was mild but grey. She had a run around after her ball and a roll in the mud 🤦♀️ DS’s gf took her for a long walk on the common this afternoon.I mostly slept this evening. I tried to renew my car insurance but couldn’t get through on the phone and the online account is not recognising my new policy number. Will try again tomorrow.I ordered a top up food shop for delivery from co op £18.07. Together with existing stores / food in freezer that should last until I go away next week.3 working days to go until work over for this year!0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗
