Feeling very low today after worrying news about my sister last night. She is out of emergency surgery today and recovering well so hopefully she will make a good recovery although it’s expected to be a long time. Just thankful surgery went well. Feel so useless sat here I can’t even go & see her. There is no sun today, it’s just thick cloud which isn’t helping my mood either. I haven’t done anything yet apart from walk the dog. I was tempted to order a kfc but I am roasting a “chicken in a bag” in my top oven instead. Once the chicken is done I will take it out to rest & put some chips in & make gravy. The rest of the chicken will make several
meals / lunches / wraps.Still waiting for the parts to arrive for my main oven. I think I will clean the shelves tonight in the oven pride bag & wash the liners in the bottom of each oven. The sides are self cleaning and I have some astonish for the glass doors. That will be another job off my list. Thank you all for your good wishes for my sister. It was a nice, just warm, sunny day yesterday. Had a lovely morning walk with the dog. I found a recipe for banana pancakes for breakfast, using coconut flour & some of the 0 sugar 0 carb maple syrup I got in b&m. 😋
The new element & light bulb arrived for my main oven so I fitted them in the afternoon and they are now working again. Dog walk two in the evening as DS & his gf both at work.First week of holiday and I have painted one radiator, cut the grass and cleaned & fixed the oven so I am happy with that. Lots of rest too.Arranged to meet a friend (who does not have a dog) for a walk later today. Hopefully the weather will be ok, not too cold. I wonder how much weight we will put on when we can meet for lunch or cuppa & cake again 😆0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗
