That sounds serious it could be diabetes  or maybe a bug? Can you do blood test to rule out high sugars? I hope you can rest as much as you can after work. Please ring dr.

Hope you feel better when you break up.
Make the most of any bits of sun and fresh air.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.
  • Busy day at work. Took the dog round the pond so I could get some fresh air. Cloudy & cold, such a change from the sun yesterday.

I have sent an e-consult to my gp. Should have a reply by 6.30pm tomorrow. Don’t want to be ill over next 2 weeks off!

Breakfast was fruit bread & pear. Lunch was chicken stir fry veg & noodles. Dinner was fishfingers, frozen oven chips & peas 😋

Payday next Tuesday. Still waiting to see how much payrise I will get. Late night working / Saturdays & loss of holiday starts in June. Would rather have gone without the payrise but no choice as it was voted in by the majority.

Hope you feel a little better today and the GP gets in touch soon.
3 months is a long time and management may become flexible if staff leave, go off sick, a few people get together and say this would work for me and Y would do the other hours. Try and stay positive, I know it's hard.

Try to take it one day at a time. Just focus on getting through the day. It's horrible but you can beat this. I am watching people i know going though this and my level is next.

  • Our payslips are available to view online. Pay has gone from £1146 to £1484 so backdated total £338. Not sure what the basic rise will be next month.

I will put this months extra into savings to buy a specialist chair to use at home for late nights & weekends. Once we are back to work in the office my current chair will have to go back too. It has to be the same chair for home as the office chair or I will have back pain.
