Takes the pressure off you and things should be more stable next year. Having DF do some of your list is a huge help.

I'm currently in leggings and a vest, all windows open. The weather is wonderful Skinty!

  • Unfortunately I don’t have any time off after Easter until August and I will go up to see him & the rest of my family then. It will be great for you to see your family SW 😁

The sun did come out in the afternoon yesterday but I was too exhausted after work to do anything much. DS’s gf walked the dog and I rested on the sofa. I will take the dog for a nice long walk this morning.

I did wash down a few kitchen cupboards and the fridge freezer, washing machine & dishwasher. I will finish the rest of the kitchen today & scrub the patio. Hopefully will cut the grass this weekend. Food plans today
    b - egg & mushrooms on toast
    l - chicken salad
    d - beef stew & dumplings

We don't normally get any BHs, aside from Christmas and New Year, they decided to give us Easter off so we can rest.

Do you have outside seating? If so, drag yourself outside, sit and get some fresh air.

    Food looks yummy.

Yeah idk what it’s like where you are today, but it’s lovely here! A little sit outside with a cup of tea and a book sounds like a great idea
  • It’s cool and cloudy. Have just walked for over an hour with the dog & we had a sit on a bench round the pond so she could sit & watch the ducks 😆 so I’ve had some fresh air & exercise. Too cold to sit out.

The new council tax bill has arrived up from £154 to £162 a month. Also new TV licence monthly fee £13.37 up from £13.20.

After long dog walk & breakfast yesterday I wiped down all the wood, skirting etc hall, stairs and landing. Then started feeling unwell & spent the rest of the day in the bathroom or laying on the sofa 🤢.

Still feeling rough today I took a couple of paracetamol this morning but had to sit down while out with the dog. Just took her to the park for a run around after her ball so only short walk for me. Feeling hot & stomach ache. 🥴

Have hung washing out & hosed down the patio but not up to scrubbing it. Don’t think I will do much more today. Just ordered milk & extras for delivery from co op as don’t feel up to walking to the shop and we are out of milk. Delivery between 11-12. Total cost £12.10.
