Can anyone point me to any 12 month free (or nearly free) cashback deals on here that are with someone other than Vodafone? I find the site very difficult to search if you don't care what phone you get.

    Remembering of course.........
My advice now is clear; unless you're prepared to sue don't deal with E2Save. Judging by the swelling numbers who have at last realised how the game is played it is now standard procedure. You'd think this company would learn - or are there still thousands of customers out there who are still prepared to submit to this brainless organisation? My advice - go to Mobiles2yourdoor instead.
Why not get the free Vodafone contract with the free Prada, and stuff a dual SIM gizmo in the back of it......using Voda for outgoing, and your current line (switch to PAYG) for incoming.

I suppose it is an option, but I have one of those dual SIM things and find it a pain to use - it doesn't fit in the slot snugly, triples the phones startup time and takes too long to switch between the SIMs. Or have they improved?

Dunno - sorry. I know of them rather than have one. However, there are some phones now sold as dual SIM phones.....these might work better than the gizmo.

I have indeed revised my advice - some time ago. Anyone following these threads even lightly should know there are now dozens and dozens of people suffering problems caused by E2save (Onestopphoneshop IS E2Save and has been for over a year now). I still order from all these companies and have battered away the odd problem without tremndous difficulty - but most people really don;t follow my groundrules and are highly likely nowadays to run into problems. I would add that despite the fact that (now less commonly) people still post saying they have used the cpw sites for years and always got their money, there is now also an army of people who have (more recently) changed their minds - and they too have posted many instances/times on the numerous threads on E2Save and OSPS. I have assisted a large number of them, but I can only repeat my current advice (things DO change!); Mobiles2yourdoor are the safest bet right now.

Im just got a new contract. Just wanted to confirm regarding the T&C, I copied what was avalible on the site, received an email, and also the envelop with all the details. Any other I need to copy?

Assuming you actually copied the right t&c, keep a close eye on developments on here on a daily basis during the next twelve months and follow all the groudrules on page one; no! However, it's always worth printing out 2-3 spare claim form copies. There may also be useful information in various sections under "contact us" (which offers nothing of the kind really). You never know what may come in handy to have access to a few months down the line.

Well I got my cheque for £515 from CPW today - I went down the LBA route followed by a writ when they refused my first claim and hence all subsequent claims. They have messed around for months and finally paid up all the cashback and court costs when the case was about to be listed for a hearing.

So its easy really - Print the terms off at time of ordering. Interpret them in the most obvious way, and then stick to that interpretation as to when to send in the bill and which bill to send etc. Then, if they start to mess around go for the jugular! They cannot start changing the terms without your agreement once the contract has started and if you follow the good advice on this thread you will eventually get all your money.

I am pleased to see the cheque, but I was never in any doubt that I would win this one eventually
