Just a quick update on my issues with M2YD. They aren't giving me the first payment, but I talked to a nice bloke a couple of weeks ago who said that my second claim would go through. I emailed him with pictures of my bills, and he forwarded them on (and cced them to me). So i've got some good hard evidence this time! Its not looking very promissing so far though, as he said it would be processed within 28 days which is Saturday - I haven't heard anything yet.0

I've found them excellent so far. There must be a reason. If you've covered yourself they will either pay or you can force them to. I can only assume you haven't complied with the t&c.0

This is to let people know of another trick. I claimed my final cashback and nothing happened, no acknowledgement or refusal. I wrote LBA giving 14 days to respond. On day 14 I had a letter saying that they sign for recorded delivery in bulk and could not trace my application. They wanted a further copy of the bill. A 'I am prepared to be generous and allow you a further 14 days, but no more delaying tactics or I'll see you in court' letter produced an almost immediate text telling me that the application is being processed.
I noted that when challenged they admit to such lax procedures that they don't even bother to check what they are signing for (which was special delivery in my case).
I thought it a strange coincidence that they 'lose' the final cashback, which some people might let them get away with. Finally, if my procedures were so lax as to forget to put in a claim there would have been no 'generosity' from e2s.0 -
If you can prove they got the claim, and they then ask you to submit another copy, you can tell them you will do so, but only on receipt of their payment in advance of say £10 per document plus postage at cost (extra £10 if they want it returned via a recorded service to compensate your visit to a post office to hand it in)0

rc3vic; you seem to be talking about E2Save - this is typical behaviour by them nowadays. The post by thelucster was referring to Mobiles2YourDoor, who appear (so far) be an entirely different proposition. That goes with my usual warnings though!0

Sorry MJ, it is E2Save.
Quentin: wish I'd thought of that!0 -

Always comply with your ts & cs. If you don't, you will be in breach of the contract and up the proverbial creek without a paddle should they decline to pay up.0 -
No harm in sending to both though.......illegitimi non carborundum0

There is if the "only" one they "receive" is to an address not mentioned in the ts + cs, and they decide to play tough!0
