Tried your link - got an error (0x080070057 ) - so tried MS update troubleshooter - which, typically told me "TROUBLESHOOTING COULDN'T RESOLVE THE ERROR"
This is on a laptop that has only been rebuilt 5 days and is up to date with "normal" updates !!
What else can I try ?
I have tried the update again and got the same error !
Link works here .
Try another browser .0 -

OK Tried and I can see no way of downloading through another browser - it just opens in it's own "browser" - which is neither IE or Firefox !
I have defaulted my browser to Firefox and it makes no difference to the download or result
