Contract states 30 days cooling off period, will only pay for the services I use if cancelled during, also confirmed by advisor, my previous contract ended the day before yesterday so think I’m covered if someone thinks I could of got a better deal. Any advice would be appreciated based on fact I got gigafast down to £27 when looking at the £27 I paid for sig + hd.

Exactly what both advisor and my contract says as well. Managed to get the whole admin fee removed now. So is £54 a good deal for signature, hd and gigafast, obviously without the gigafast, the £27 sig & hd could be less, but with gigafast at £27 thereby saving me £12 against the £39 I was paying I assume it works out to be a good deal, am I correct.0

Everytime I speak to Sky for my special offer, they just look at the previous conversation and say that's the best offer....

There was a £20 admin fee which he would only give me a credit of £10 against though. It was either that or stick with existing £39 gigafast and £21.50 for sig and hd which would of obviously cost more so went with first option.Does everyone think that was a good deal overall or do I need to barter more during cooling off period.
Did you speak to the Scottish or Indian call centre? Mine's been off for several days now and have not had any contact or offers at all.0 -
Indian winback team, rang first and when I heard it was Indian Call Centre put phone down, went to ring again to hopefully go through to Scottish team and the person that answered the phone first time rang me back. Explained I was trying to get through to Glasgow team as through Indian call centre chat was not getting any good offers during cancellation, he said to trust him, he could get me a good offer and to hear him out, after going through what I wanted and what price I would be happy with he then came back with the reduced gigafast offer after saying he could not give me sig + hd for what I wanted alone, was about to accept until he mentioned the admin fees, said no deal unless they were removed, he then came back with leave gigafast as is (£39) and have sig + hd at £21.50. Told him that would be more than the first offer and ended up with gigafast offer and £10 credit on a £20 admin fee. Rang back yesterday morning to say credit hadn’t been applied and managed to get £20 credit instead so no admin fee. May ring back at some point and chance my arm with getting the sig + hd reduced more alone.

Went on chat and was offered Signature, Sports HD, UHD and Multiscreen for £51. Not bad but others on here seem to have got better offers so rejected for now.0
