Package went off today.  Just called to ask how I send equipment back and was offered below

    Signature £24
    Cinema £7
    Netflix (2 device no ads) - £10.99
    Multiroom - £6

This was her 3rd offer.  Told her I needed to run it past my partner, so she's calling back later on.

Looks like that's as good as it gets for Sky Q just now looking at recent posts.  She mentioned Stream but told her I wasnt interested.

I was also offered £24 for signature - after my contract ended and Sky Q switched off. A whopping 50p off what they were offering before.

I’ve decided it’s not worth that for a couple of shows a year (at best) I might watch that you can’t get on regular channels.

I tried that.  Sky was turned off and I called the rejoin team number provided (on the pretence I wanted to know how to return my box)

There was no offers between me giving notice and it being turned off.

I told her it needed to be below £40 but she was unable to discount it any further than what I was offered (this was her 3rd offer on the call)

I dont know when you managed to barter them down that much but its not what they are offering now.

While the individual prices are spot on, they won’t be able to give you all those discounts on one offer. For instance, you won’t get a full sky package with TNT for £47, or £58 with Netflix premium. If you get sports for £6, you’ll end up paying around £20-25 for signature. They always balance the amazing offers with something not so great. If you’re lucky and haggle, you might get the full everything package for around £80.

Yeah I agree, I think this offer is not valid anymore.

20 minutes on the phone this morning. Rough figures for Sky Q - Signature + Sports £67.50 on 1st line (similar to that offered under my account for a 2 year contract), then down to £57.50 on 2nd line (repeating everything I said to the 1st line boringly). Notice put in. Few extra notes - they reconfirm email address and phone number (same as my account), then try to get all channels turned on for marketing. Cancelling via phone only really benefits Sky, should be possible to do it online IMO albeit you do get a few emails confirming cancellation afterwards. Also some talk about a £60-£120 fee if the equipment isn't returned. The 31 days' notice doesn't include the day you call or the cut-off day from what I can work out.

Unlikely to happen - Sky want everyone on Stream.......

If I was half as smart as I think I am - I'd be twice as smart as I REALLY am.

Do you still have the Sky Q equipment?  If not, I'm not even sure you can still get it.  They tried to get me to move to Stream
