Call them - Unfortunately once they roll you into a new contract for BB it cannot be undone. If they were to put you back to the existing BB subscription the contract is still 24 months from today.0

Originally I was going to "hold out" for a price nearer to £40 per month - but realising this is not going to be realistic without disconnection I got in touch with winback team (following a text message). After a couple of poor offers they offered me Sky Signature £20.50, Sky HD £4, Sky Sports HD £20. As I mostly watch F1 I asked if they could put me on to The Sky Sports F1 monthly rolling contract for £20 per month (so I can cancel over Christmas). So a total bill of £44.50 per month and some flexibility. I agreed and they put this through.................. I then got emails and future billing showing they hadn't applied the discount to Signature promised and so bills were instead were £59.50 !! I phoned winback team to get this fixed and they told me it needs to be a different department so I put through my cancellation during cool off period! So frustrating they can't even put through agreed pricing properly!Chrisandbev said:
Has anyone recently got that type of pricing. This was achievable after cancellation 6-12 months ago but offers recently seem to be approx £10-15 more than the £50 target for this package quoted. Happy to be corrected as I'd be happy to get a package at £50 if it included sport, cinema, multiscreen and netflix premium.mits999 said:

Unfortunately, it seems necessary to record calls to companies these days to have proof of these inaccuracies in the subsequent paperwork.

I'm in a similar situation, I believe they don't segregate channels now so its all the sports or nothing.Chrisandbev said:

If I just had Sky F1 that would suit me fine.
I'm at a loss to know what appeal Signature has - its just an excuse to charge you £20 or £30.0 -
Even worse , full list price is nearly £50 including HD - Immoral to insist on Signature as a precursor for Sports/Cinema etc !![Deleted User] said:

So I'm back to square one
I'm sure I could have held out for better- but just agreed to the following and finally they have updated my bills to be correct.
Signature £20.50
Sky HD £4
Sky Sports Complete HD £18
Netflix with Ads £4.50
Therefore total £47 per month
I decided to go for complete sports as it was cheaper than F1 alone and don't want to hassle of needing to recontract if I was to cancel for a Christmas break when F1 not on.
Appreciate I'll get increase next April but I'm happy with this.
Only change to my current viewing is going to the ads version of Netflix to save a bit of money. Let's see how it goes. Can always switch to £10.99 if I want to......0 -
Signature is of great appeal to those of us who have no interest in sport whatsoever. It has a wealth of channels offering a variety of entertainment, documentaries, factual, drama, etc. all of which are infinitely more appealing than watching a bunch of people run around a field with a ball or drive a car really fast.[Deleted User] said:
