So have I, last month, and it absolutely wasn't ignored. They were on the phone to me apologising within 18 hours. The response came from ExecutiveResponseGroup@sky.uk, so you can try that.MouldyOldDough said:MACKEM99 said:
Look up CEO email and email him/her.MouldyOldDough said:I complained to Sky Help Centre <help@skycustomersupport.com> about Customer Priority Team hijacking the admin of my Sky account - and preventing me from accessing any decent deal - For example, I am still paying a ridiculous £9 extra for HD and almost £100 for my (standard) serviceAnyway - I received a response this morning - telling me :"Thanks for your recent e-mail. We're sorry you're having some difficulties with your Sky products. Our Customer Priority Team is now managing your case, they're specialists in resolving complaints. I know you want to discuss over e-mail, but did you know you can now message us instead? It's the fastest way to get support with your complaint."What should I do next ?
Is there a HIGHER level that I can complain to ?
I have tried dana.strong@skygroup.com in the past and it was totally ignored !I have received a reply from my Dana Strong Email - guess which department replied ... Customer PriorityStill no reason given !
If I was half as smart as I think I am - I'd be twice as smart as I REALLY am.0 -
You are aware of the reason why as they've told you many, many times. Why keep pretending that you don't?MouldyOldDough said:The_Bookman said:

Has anyone got any recent deals they can share? Struggling to haggle this year, extremely stubborn Customer Service so just want to see how everyone else is getting on0

Read back through the forum. Be prepared to walk away . You will likely get a better deal if you cancel and then leave.Tom_Hendo said:Has anyone got any recent deals they can share? Coming to the end of another deal, sky Q:
Signature
Sport
Cinema
HD
Was £60,50, went up to £65.50 with the recent price increase, then going to £98.50 next month when offers end.
Via chat, they offered £69.50 with £20 fee and new 24 month contract. Said I would also like tnt sports (watched a lot of eurosport and do miss that) - extra £27 per month - and multi room - extra £8 per month. £104.50 per month total.
Asked if any deals on 31 day rolling contract? Yes, but only on sky stream.
Put the cancellation through. Tempted by stream - but going to be hard to give up the Q box!0 -
That's interesting, seems to be confirmation that they're really only interested in Stream going forward, which makes sense against the competition. I'd read some reviews a while ago regarding Stream, resoundingly negative, so didn't look into it further. Has anything improved does anyone know? They'll have to get their act together if it's going to be the main option!Cocks3 said:Coming to the end of another deal, sky Q:

Brother in law been offered Signature £21.50, Sports HD £22, HD £5, Netflix £10.99 Cinema £10 so £69.49 in total. Which I didn’t think was too bad for opening offer..0

I've managed to bag the following 24-month Sky Q deal by giving my 30 days’ notice to cancel and allowing the services to switch off for 1 hour.
Sky Signature £15.00
Ultimate TV Pack (aka Netflix with ads) £4.50
Sky Sports Complete Including Sky Sports+ £8.00
Sky Cinema £7.00
Sky Sports HD £0.00
Sky HD £5.00
Ultra HD £2.00
Total £41.50
Prior to the price increase in April, I was paying £54.50 for the above (and was offered this price during the cancellation period).
It just goes to show, if you are willing to "play the game" and are polite and friendly to the staff there are still deals to be had with Sky.9
