Interestingly they said if you cancel you arent allowed back for 18 months, I dont recall them saying that before. Has that always been the case or is that new? Just wondering whether if I left it to cancel and then called them back on the same day as has been mentioned above that would that still be allowed?
Phoned the same day, reconnected at better price and everything back to normal.

Hi folks, if I cancel and get disconnected 30 days, can the service be re-connected almost immediately if I negotiate a new deal with the Winback team or does it take a few days?0

Hello,
I currently have Sky Stream and am thinking about asking Sky if I can swap to Sky Q.
After the price increase, on Stream, I'll be paying:
£25 - Entertainment and Netflix
£6.50 - Whole Home
£10 - Sky Cinema
Currently have free Ad Skipping and Ultra HD/Atmos.
I was just wondering if anyone has managed to get a decent offer from Sky if they moved from Stream to Q? Looking at the new customer prices on the Sky website for Q, it looks like I'd have to pay considerably more to have the equivalent of my existing package, with the additional charges for HD on Q.
I'm not sure whether new customer prices would apply to me because I'm ending the Stream contract and moving to Q, or whether I have a chance of a Retention/Winback offer.
Thanks 🙂

I am currently out of contract & paying £90 increasing to £97 without kids or sports channels. Called retentions team & they could only offer £80 overall which was higher than I was hoping for.
If I put through a cancellation what would happen to film that have been purchased through sky & I guess this is the best way to go to get the best deal possible ?
Many thanks.0 -
I let my sky get cut off and phoned winback team 4 days later, this was the deal I was given (diamond VIP 21 years), I asked if he could do me signature and multiroom for cheaper as ive seen others get it cheaper in here, apparently he couldn't even after speaking to his manager. To make up for this he gave me sky HD for free for the 18 months + £25 account credit, these are my prices after april increase (bill for may onwards) my last deal was £79 for same package so almost a price match, took some negotiating though, was on the phone for 45 mins

Did you originally have Sky Q and move to Stream?
Can you Live pause on Stream?
Fast forward and rewind?
I watched Trigger Point live on ITVX on Sunday night and couldn't rewind to the beginning, could only restart programme from beginning. This was annoying. If Sky Stream is like that I don't want it.
Are subtitles available?
Is it easy to find a programme in Playlist?
Does the TV guide appear properly in Sky Go?
I've been offered a reasonable price for Sky Signature but I'd like to try Stream.
