https://www.sky.com/help/articles/contacting-sky or via the App, chat seems to have limited (unknown) opening hours so it can be hit or miss whether you get the option.

Was on basic package of Signature and HD paying £30 a month coming to the end of an 18 month contract.

Offer ending this month and was going up to £47 a month. 

Spoke twice to customer services and the best deal was £35 on first call, then £38 on second call and refused to match the first call price. Also went via web chat and they said £38 too. All insisted on a £20 admin fee to recontract!!

Dialled retentions and spoke to a very nice UK based guy who after taking time to understand what I watch mostly, said he could recontract me for £29 with no admin fee on an 18 month contract.

Phone in the morning, that's always the best time to get a UK based operator. In all my years with Sky I've very rarely got anything but.

I called 0333 759 1018 and spoke to someone and asked for retentions once he could not help me!

Cancelled. One email offer which I was too busy to evaluate. Service stopped 2d ago. Package to return boxes arrived the same day.

Skychat was offered removing Netflix, otherwise all channels > £63 for the same package with £10 admin charge.

No haggling, no hassle was offered Sky signature/Spots/CInema/UHD/Multiroom for £55. £10 admin fee, 18/12 contract.  Basic Netflix was £4 additionally

I'm in the same position as you, just cancelled and in 31 day cancellation period, happy for it to be switched off for a few days/weeks to get a new deal.

Could I get a breakdown of your new offer? So I can see what I'm trying to match when I call them😀
