My friend after bit of hassle cancelling got following Signature £16.75, Sports £9 Sports HD £2, Cinema £9, HD £5, Ultimate £6, multi screen £12, super fast Bb £25. The email initial offer after cancelling was £43 signature sports and cinema, then negotiated via numerous calls to get rest.0

One person did call about three weeks ago but I was driving and they said they would call back. I haven't had one person from Sky talk to me as yet to discuss renewal. However I have been having a slew of txts since Sunday saying my contract will/has expired and my services have now ended and to call them back on a variety of numbers. One of the texts also said that the envelopes for the equipment would be sent.
On another note, Amazon are currently doing their Prime sale and are offering Firestick on reduced prices. I believe on firestick, there are other viewing options available. That together with Netflix, Prime TV, Disney+ and AppleTV we also have, I have decided that if Sky don't give a crap then neither do I! We have enough options available. So, it will be goodbye to Sky!
Other than that, my current plan is similar to yours - currently got free Apple TV trial through to next summer, and Now TV trial for £1 month for the rest of this year, we might just try to get used to those. We'll miss the Sky EPG most of all, and the 'having everything in one place' factor, but I'm just not sure that's worth the increase they want to charge (and that's even with Win Back team, nevermind Retentions). Feels weird as I've been with Sky over 10 years, have technically 'left' for a week or so a few times in order to get best offer from Win Back team, this is the first time I've genuinely considered permanently leaving, as it's the first time Win Back team haven't been able to offer anything good.0 -

Slightly off-topic I know, but I'm not really sure what the point of a Firestick is these days, unless you intend to install dodgy apps and watch channels that aren't allowed in UK etc... Presumably 99% of people now have a Smart TV with all the normal apps so I'm not sure what else a Firestick brings to the party (but I've never had one so maybe I'm missing something...?)

I've been with sky for probably over 20 years tho fat good it did meSky VIP diamond means nothing!
Nevertheless, Sky does allow you more options to watch older and more content variety such as boxsets etc.. Not worth the current pricing though. I feel Sky are just trying to profiteer from an increase in their pricing just because they think they can. Will also be a shame to leave but it is what it is.0 -
I got a new txt again a short time ago saying to call yet a new number so I though I'd try my luck
. I was offered a price of 47.50 per month for the package that I had before which I decided to take up.

Interestingly there seems to be a burgeoning market in "dodgy" firesticks currently in my area - mainly connected with Sky's unwillingness to negotiate prices!1 -
IPTV will always win, more so now sky are unwilling to bargain, All channels on IPTV can be had for little as £15 a year0

Having had my services cut off 3 weeks ago, and got nowhere with Win Back Team (worse offers than Retentions!), today I had an offer through the post for Sky Q Signature & Netflix for £23pm. Two questions on this, if anyone knows:
- Can I take the deal, then just cancel the Netflix bit the next day (with 31 days' notice)? In the small print it says "Cancel... Ultimate TV add-on at any time on 31 days' notice" - but would that then change my Signature price?
- Is it likely I'll be able to add on HD afterwards at a discounted price? It's £9 extra at normal price (!) - there is no mention of any discount to include it in the original package, but I wonder if anyone has ever taken Q then added HD at a discounted price later?0
