3 weeks since my account terminated and no offer to return.

Did you receive any TXT msgs after the account terminated and if so did you phone any of the numbers on the txt msgs?

FWIW I got txt msgs after my cancellation date passed. I phoned and got an offer (see previous posts).
  • Currently have signature, sports, multiroom and HD for £43  . going up to £62 in a month when deal ends .  Messaged to cancel,  was told no deals available would still be £60 so do you want me to cancel .
So I am now in notice period.  Wait and see if I am contacted now I guess .

Nothing since cancellation, only beforehand.  When I called in response they offered just what I had been offered when I cancelled.

    To infinity and beyond!

Same here for a few weeks after cancelling, then after about 3 weeks I got a 'come back' flyer through the post offering Sky Q Sig. and Netflix for £23pm. We don't want that deal, but just to say that you might get something through the post soon...

Question for anyone who has previously cancelled, let their cancellation go through, and waited for (say) at least a month before recontracting (not not recontracting with Sky at all):

Do you know how many 'Comeback' letters you got, what the numbers were (comeback10, comeback20 etc), and what the difference between them was?

Let me explain: After 3 weeks of no services, we got a letter offering Sky Q Sign. & Netflix for £23pm if we visit sky.com/comeback10. Today, 2 weeks later, which is about 5 weeks after termination, we got pretty much the same letter again, same offer but in different style of leaflet, asking us to go to sky.com/comeback20 (rather than 10 as on the first letter). Yet the deal appears identical, and the expiry date of the offer is the same. I wonder why they number them... I wonder whether it's a track to see how many letters they need to send to get you to come back, or I wonder whether the longer you leave it, the more leverage the operator will have when and if you do contact them...

The expiry date says 2nd Nov on both letters - I'm half tempted to call and try to do a deal, but also half tempted to leave it until after 2nd Nov and see if I get a 3rd letter (presumbly asking me to log on to sky.com/comeback30), hopefully with a better offer... Interesting... (well, if you're as sad about such things as I am  ).

As mike_paterson says, that's without Netflix, my £23pm offer includes Netflix. £22pm just for Signature is too much - you should try to get that well below £20pm if you can. Think the lowest I've seen on here in recent months was £16, but once your contract is up, you should be aiming as low as maybe £18 / £19pm at least.
  • My signature + Netflix is £22 - this was negotiated in the last 2 months.

I don't think you should assume you'd get signature + netflix for £22 just because you got that + multiscreen for £29. Unless you added the multi-screen later?
