I have just negotiated the below. I was initially happy about it but now i have doubts and am questioning if i should cancel in cool off and renegotiate.

This took 4 hours of negotiations on chat!

This is for 18 months. I am a SKY VIP customer.

Signature = £24  (was £34)
TV Add on = £7
Sky Go = £0
Ultrafast Broadband = £25 (was £43)
Total = £56

So a good saving on Broadband but probably not on the other 2.

I have just removed my Sky Sports (and was due to be charged £20 downgrade fee but they waived that).
I also downgraded from UHD and HD.
I upgraded from Superfast Broadband to the Ultrafast.

Welcome thoughts.

You should cancel and let it go off after approx 14 days contact win back you will get a proper deal

I agree, total waste of time chat, its just an indian call center place.

Blimey, just one day later and all I can get is

Sky signature £26

F1 £18 (single sports channel)

Multi screen £14

Netflix basic 1 device £7

Have been with Sky since they started. 

Cancelled.

Cancelled.

The split was different and he lost ultimate apparently for his £41.  He only got that after he put cancellation in and they called him back few days later, signature was £16.50, Sports £15, Sports hd £2, Sky hd £4, uhd £3.
