Here's the link. I've done it a couple of times before over the years, and they do credit the account fairly quickly once you send over the required confirmation.Birdman2015 said:
How do you get the £200 credit from Sky for your canc fees?ccdorset said:I decided to give Sky Stream a go.
Managed to get what I thought was a decent deal through Quidco:
Stream £23 a month (Entertainment, Netflix and HD) and Superfast Broadband £16 a month.
£95 Quidco cashback, £70 gift voucher and Sky will credit my account with £200 towards my BT cancellation fees.

Congrats on your negotiation.
Can you please advise how you get the sky chat?
and what is "win back"?
thanks!0 -
I had an email to say my broadband will be cut off and I needed to contact Sky within 2 days. So I contacted them.
Superfast, Sky Talk, Signature, HD, Netflix, BB Boost and Multi Room for £87, down from £114 a month.1 -

Sorry but please can you explain what you mean? Your post seems to suggest trying to INCREASE the overall price from £36 to £60, and neither of those numbers appears to relate to the previous poster's data. Are you actually trying to say that your 'a to b' numbers are a range of possible prices now? They can't be - for example, no one is getting Signature for £11 at the moment as far as I know, nor have they done for a very long time. So I don't understand what your post means.mits999 said:

I pay £16 Signature £6 Netflix £7 Multi-room - this was negotiated very recently. I’m not sure whether they will offer too much less than these amounts!2

That really is a great deal. Did they offer you HD when discussing that deal, and if so, do you remember what the discounted price was for that? I'm awaiting my cancellation going through in a couple of weeks time, then after that I'd be more than happy with a deal like yours (ideally with HD too if not much more cost)...Alberto_Frog said:I pay £16 Signature £6 Netflix £7 Multi-room - this was negotiated very recently. I don’t have HD (unfortunately my eyesight is no longer HD) - so there was no discussion about it at all.Brimble said:

I would imagine that they would give you an offer of you at least what some customers could get in “ offers in My Sky” I think they should offer at least HD free for a couple of months. In My Sky there is an offer of HD+UHD free for 4 months. My feeling is that HD could be discounted as it is something that originates from Sky - I don’t think they’ll ever give you Netflix super cheap as there must be a cost associated to it.
Only Win Back offered the good deal - Retentions / WebChat were a waste of time!1 -
Hmmm, then I'm not sure your figures are realistic. For example, if you look through this thread for the last few months, no one is getting Signature for £11pm, and no one has done so on a new deal for a long time...mits999 said:The prices I quoted possible range in prices0
