Can I have some money off you to overpay my mortgage with as you've got so muchshavy65 said:
Or take a price they offer you IF your more than satisfied with it. Like mePeppa537 said:
I'm not saying it isn't, just that you can get your package for less for anyone who can't afford £43 a month. Sky email me offers to add extras and I can get multiscreen for £7.50 a month, I don't need it but if I did could get your package for £28.50 a month. You need to get close to cancellation date to get these prices, and keep trying or even better let Sky contact you.shavy65 said:
P.S My multiscreen is of significant value to me as I have the main Sky Q box + 4 additional mini boxes, which for me is a valuable part of my package.shavy65 said:I have never got anywhere near that in the 15 year I`ve been with them, either way I`m happy with what I`m paying

After dropping sports and cinema, we got Signature £13, Ultimate £7, HD £5, Multiscreen £15, UHD £2 (which also allows 4 devices at once on Netflix) = £42shavy65 said:
This may help someone hopefully....Peppa537 said:
I don't think they show 'come back to Sky' offers online anymore. They just send texts, emails and letters with offers, these are never quite what they seem either as the price shown won't include HD or UHD and there's often an admin charge as well. You also have to phone to get these set up, certainly not as simple as it used to be. However a lot are completely cancelling now because of this and find they're not missing Sky, serves them right for being awkward.shavy65 said:Recently cancelled again during my annual routine, the Sky website seems to have changed....where on the website can I see any "Come back to Sky offers"? TIA.
I`ve contacted Sky through their messaging service on their website this morning, eventually got through to someone who put me through to their Win Back team (I placed my cancellation on messenger 9 days ago and haven`t had an offer from them since).
I previously paid £45 for my package in April 2022, which increased to £51 in April 2023 and was due to increase to £69 full price at end of my current deal. I explained the price was too high for me and I couldn`t justify for the amount we watched Sky. I straight up told them my budget was £45 and to my amazement they eventually came back and said they could do it for £45 with Kids, or £43 without Kids. So I agreed to -
Sky Signature is normally £34.00 however, but you'll pay £19.00,
Sky (Q) Multiscreen is normally £15, but you'll pay £11.00
Sky HD is normally £9.00, but you'll pay £5.00
Ultra HD is normally £4, but you'll pay £2.00
Ultimate TV Add is £7.00, but you'll pay £6.00
That would be a new monthly total of: £43.00. I said I`d take it if there was no admin fee so they agreed to waive the £10 it would normally `cost` as they didn`t quote me any admin fee on the initial offer.
Happy with this result this year.
Strange how the breakdown varies
We are happy with it1 -
Sky HD normally £9..wow that’s outrageous..0

If you say you want to cancel during your phone call or chat they'll put you through to the win-back team.denz1968 said:Been on phone once and chat once and won't go lower than £80 for my sky tv

Or as you've spoken to them already, just phone and say you want to cancel. Same result

Helpful, thanks... I just need to add Netflix, BT Sport and UHD onto that and that's my package. Have already cancelled so will give it a week before prodding them...bfc1912 said:Just gotSignature £23Sport + Cinema £20HD £5Kids £3Multi screen £8More than what I've paid previously but not a terrible amount.0 -
Was paying £77 per month, contract ending soon so would be £94, managed to get it down to £61 for the same package, tried to get it down a bit further but they said that was already the maximum discount they could offer and couldn't reduce any further, I'm ok with it though, saves the hassle of cancelling and trying to get all the services I require through other providers0

This is a good offer. Who offered it and when? I gave my cancellation notice yesterday after the best they would offer me was £70 for Signature, Cinema, Ultimate TV (Netflix), Sport, HD, Ultra HD (or £61 without Cinema) - so hoping for something before it actually cancels.bfc1912 said:Just gotSignature £23Sport + Cinema £20HD £5Kids £3Multi screen £8More than what I've paid previously but not a terrible amount.
