Recently cancelled again during my annual routine, the Sky website seems to have changed....where on the website can I see any "Come back to Sky offers"? TIA.
I don't think they show 'come back to Sky' offers online anymore. They just send texts, emails and letters with offers, these are never quite what they seem either as the price shown won't include HD or UHD and there's often an admin charge as well. You also have to phone to get these set up, certainly not as simple as it used to be. However a lot are completely cancelling now because of this and find they're not missing Sky, serves them right for being awkward.

Sky longer appeals to the working man anymore, they more interested in fleecing existing customers for every penny!

    This may help someone hopefully....

I`ve contacted Sky through their messaging service on their website this morning, eventually got through to someone who put me through to their Win Back team (I placed my cancellation on messenger 9 days ago and haven`t had an offer from them since).

I previously paid £45 for my package in April 2022, which increased to £51 in April 2023 and was due to increase to £69 full price at end of my current deal. I explained the price was too high for me and I couldn`t justify for the amount we watched Sky. I straight up told them my budget was £45 and to my amazement they eventually came back and said they could do it for £45 with Kids, or £43 without Kids. So I agreed to -

Sky Signature is normally £34.00 however, but you'll pay £19.00,
Sky (Q) Multiscreen is normally £15, but you'll pay            £11.00
Sky HD is normally £9.00, but you'll pay                            £5.00
Ultra HD is normally £4, but you'll pay                                £2.00
Ultimate TV Add is £7.00, but you'll pay                             £6.00

That would be a new monthly total of: £43.00. I said I`d take it if there was no admin fee so they agreed to waive the £10 it would normally `cost` as they didn`t quote me any admin fee on the initial offer.

Happy with this result this year.

I have all of that except Multiscreen and only pay £21 a month. You're still paying way too much.

I have never got anywhere near that in the 15 year I`ve been with them, either way I`m happy with what I`m paying  :)

P.S My multiscreen is of significant value to me as I have the main Sky Q box + 4 additional mini boxes, which for me is a valuable part of my package.

As long as you're happy and can afford what they charge you that's the main thing. However it's useful for others to see how much Sky overcharge by, they are still making money out of me afterall.

I'm not saying it isn't, just that you can get your package for less for anyone who can't afford £43 a month. Sky email me offers to add extras and I can get multiscreen for £7.50 a month, I don't need it but if I did could get your package for £28.50 a month. You need to get close to cancellation date to get these prices, and keep trying or even better let Sky contact you.

Did any managed to get a deal on Sky Stream?  We moved house and couldnt take a dish so they let us out of contract, at the time I did enquire about Sky Stream but it was a hell of a lot more expensive than the deal we had on Sky Q, I was paying £43 for Sports, Cinema, HD, and that other is it entertainment?  Stream was like £55 for the same thing and that was a deal so I turned it down
