    There’s usually a link on the Sky website although it’s not been active recently. I used a Facebook messenger chat I’d used previously. 
    Thanks for the information unfortunately I don’t use Facebook, I have cancelled Sky so I will just wait and see if they contact me

    for £30, this figure includes the price rise, 18 month contract, I’m happy with that.
    Just an update to the above, I never received any formal confirmation of the above even though my cancellation was lifted by Sky.

    I chased it up today and after being routed through Accounts and Technical I eventually spoke to someone. The person I spoke to confirmed that the notes on my account showed the offer but said that offer was no longer valid and we are back to £48. I was told that they would never agree those figures,  we all know that is not true.

    Sky just wasted my time so I asked them to reinstate my cancellation.

        £30 is the absolute most you should pay for all of those and as I mentioned above you should get Ultimate Add On included for the £30. Sky are so annoying at the moment with offers which aren't as they seem etc. They're losing a lot of subscribers as well but I presume enough stay and pay these ridiculous prices. So much TV is available elsewhere including streaming which is cheaper (not Sky stream/glass though).

            Through u switch new customers can get superfast broadband, sky q signature, and netflix for 42 pounds. Adding hd and multiroom would bring the cost to 65 pounds. Sky are ripping you off right now

            Sky tell me they do not offer the products I want for £30, we all know this is a blatant untruth. I am a little upset that having made, what I considered, a decent deal Sky would not honour that agreement, my disappointment is just really around all the effort I made in remaining a Sky customer was just a waste of my time and effort. Sky kept remarking that I had been a customer for 23 years, what did they expect I would do, roll over and accept their £48 monthly…not a chance.

            I will not ring them again, life’s too short.

            I don't blame you @butise it isn't worth the hassle. If you did want to stay if they honoured the £30 you could always try putting a complaint in to them, however generally I've found their customer service across the board has gone downhill in the last 6 months. I want Humax to start making freesat boxes again instead of the poor Arris one they currently have, then I could completely cancel Sky. I dropped Sports and Cinema and don't miss those.

            I emailed to cancel last time and they phoned me afterwards to confirm. I've got this number in my phone for them though, when the automated voice asks why you're calling just say 'cancel sky' tel: 0333 202 2135
