Iptv is £5 a month for every single channel0

You have to threaten to leave at the very least; I got Signature and Sports in HD recently for £38pm at the first negotiation compared with the list price of £72pm.. If you want better then actually leave, when you MAY get an offer to come back to Sky at even lower rates as per Mwood 1's post above. Or you may not get an offer at all -that's the risk!Kim1965 said:
So did you actually have to leave in order to get this deal? As consumers do we have to do this every year to avoid being fleeced. It becomes tiresome!

I told them to cancel my subscription, you get 31 days notice period, within 2 weeks they had emailed me twice and phoned with a good offer.Kim1965 said:

2 weeks into my cancellation period and just been offered £69.50 for signature, sports, cinema, HD and superfast broadband, tried to get a fix or a reduction for a couple of months because it’s going to go up in April but got nothing, anyone had a better offer for this package or should I give up and accept it?0

I have All Tv package. With UHD Sports Movies & Multiroom.
Broadband Superfast with Evening & Weekend Calls.
Notice went in 2 weeks ago.
Was TV £53.50
Renegotiated at £50.00
BB & Calls was £31.00
Renegotiated at £28.00
Happy Bunny for another 18 months at £78 (Apart from annual rise)
Discounts were even more random than last years.
Full price is around £1500 -
Must be luck of the draw with Sky retentions.
Been with Sky 6 years and want everything, BB, Phone, Anytime calls, Every Channel including Sports, Movies and BT Sport, UHD, Netflix and Multiroom. Basically the full monty!
Best offer £130, tried 3 times, same offer every time.
Just put my order in with Virgin. £79 for all of the above (less Atlantic).
Plus with Virgin i got -
1gig BB (Sky 20mbps absolute rubbish, loses connection regularly, apparently Openreach have laid the cables for Superfast but that was 6 months ago and still not available!). I also won't lose picture every time it rains (crappy Sky dish!) and i get a free unlimited 02 sim card (Ultimate Volt package).
Virgin also threw in a £200 bill credit with the offer.
Would probably have stayed with Sky for £100 just to avoid the swapping over hassle, and the hope that Superfast BB comes online soon, but i am not paying twice the price for an inferior package.
Interested to know what others think a good Sky price would be for my requirements, i don't think £100 was unreasonable?
In the meantime i am not ringing Sky again, they can !!!!!! off and Virgin can start drilling through my house

I think you have to go else where which is what i will do.
Surely sky must be losing 1000s of customers every month?0 -
Also BT sport? You cant seem to get it for less than £20/£25 with Sky. When you also add the anytime calls and Netflix i would probably be looking at £115/£120 based on your deal prices. To be fair the last guy i spoke to said he might be able to knock £10 off so it would be similar to your offer. Still too much, less than half the price with Virgin plus 50x faster BB and the TV won't go off when the weather is bad! £200 bill credit with Virgin as well. Sky also wanted an extra £30 for their Ultra+ BB (when it finally comes to my area) to match Virgin speed.superbigal said:

The Virgin TV part is actually £43/month when you include the bill credit. The 02 sim part is £25 although i have cancelled this. You are supposed to keep it to keep the TV part of the deal but if they notice i will just add it again.
To sum up -
Virgin £43/month
Sky approx £150/month
Packages would be exactly the same, less Sky Atlantic, no brainer!0
