That’s a crazy price should be no more than £50 to £55Rammie65 said:I came out of contract in July and been paying £96 for:
Signature
Sports HD
Superfast BB
Used chat to try to renegotiate same package, best offer was £73 for the same. I declined and asked to cancel hoping for an improved offer but they sent me the cancellation details, services end 6th January. Wondering now if i did the right thing lol.0 -

Hi new to chat!Have Signature, Ultimate, Sports, Bt Sport, Cinema, HD, Multiscreen, UHD and bill is going up to £133 and the best they offered was £86 on chat after cancelling on 15th November. So cancellation goes through next week.Virgin media offered £79, including BB and o2 Sim (currently have sky sim £6 and NowTV Broadband £25)
looks like I’m moving to Virgin.Sky seem to have abandoned retention, as a friend was offered lower deal to join sky0 -
Ok, update. Had first email trying to keep me on Sky. Offered Signature and Sky Sports for £31.00 without BB. Superfast BB is extra £30.50 so looking at £61.50 in total. Will wait for another email but getting better.0

Be very careful that they aren't going to stiff you for another £6-£8 for HD on both with that offer.Rammie65 said:Ok, update. Had first email trying to keep me on Sky. I was on a good deal at £50/month but contract ends 6/1/23:
Sky Signature - £19
Ultimate Add on - £5
Sky Sports Complete - £12
Sky Sports HD - £2
Sky HD - Free
Multiscreen £10
Ultra HD £2
Been through to nice lady in retentions but she can only offer £62:
Sky Signature - £20
Ultimate Add on - £6
Sky Sports Complete - £17
Sky Sports HD - not sure if this is included above
Sky HD - 4
Multiscreen £11
Ultra HD £4
I have started my 31 day cancellation but the lady in retentions advised me to contact them before the 31 days if I wanted to stay or they would have to set up a new contract. I need to think seriously if we can do away with SKY if I can't get close to £50 again. Apart from Sky Sports, the main thing we would miss is the nice TV guide and the interface - we actually only really watch BBC&ITV plus Netflix. Has anybody used any other set top boxes that they would recommend if I do follow through and cancel?
Thanks, Steve

I’d suggest using a fire stick max 4K from Amazoncopels said:I was on a good deal at £50/month but contract ends 6/1/23:
