Grrrr!!
I had time on my hands today and was trying to workout how to do a chat session. Did not find it but did manage to see a message online saying they will offer me Sky basic for £24 until 8 August. Supposedly an email had been sent with the offer but it had my works email not the the one I am using now. Nothing arrived at work. When I clicked to accept, in the hope that it might allow me to do a chat, to see if I can get Sports added, it said the offer wasn’t available. Guess I have a week to see if I can get further. The basic is £22 less than I was paying, so if I can get Sport added for about the same again, the price will be about what I was paying when I cancelled and I can cancel the Now TV Sports.Paddle No 21:wave:0 -
FUrake said:just spoke to someone at the retentions department and the closest he could do for me was the same package as above but for £95 on a rolling contract, I turned it down, he said he couldnt put my account into the 31 day cancellation period until the 25th of this month so will phone them back then to cancel0

Has anyone had any offers show up on their online account or app? Seen that pop up on a few haggling guides but nothing appears in mine.
Service ended a few days ago so expected something from winback by now, especially as I received the return packaging for the Sky Q boxBuy My First House During A Pandemic Challenge

We got some emails/letters (make sure marketing is ticked on your preference) but only slightly better then site price0 -
I have good news for myself. Sky called me this evening and offered me the HD Package for £21 using the old box and when I asked about adding the Sports they have given it to me for £12. I would have paid the £25 as that just brought everything upto what I had been paying for just the TV channels. 18 month contract, starts tonight but I will reattach the box tomorrow, bit busy watching England tonight. So for the price of my Now TV Sports, that I will cancel when I make sure the Sky works. I get those and the Sky TV channels. Very happy bunny. Not sure if they could see I had been trying to access their pages via my defunct account. Is there VAT to pay, reason for asking the email is an even better deal than the lad said on the phone, Sport for £10 and tv for £17, thus £27 not the £33 we had spoken about.Paddle No 21:wave:0

1st episode of Miss Scarlet and the Duke watched via catch up. It was worth holding out for two months to get this deal.Paddle No 21:wave:0
