It’s that time again for me. Tried to message them tonight to give notice but had no response. Will try again tomorrow.

this is what I’m currently on.

Multi screen - £15

Sky 3D - free

Signature - £16

Sky sports complete - £17

Sky cinema - £8

Sky sports HD - £2

Sky HD - £4

Ultra HD - free

Total of £62. Current offer through the app is £84.

What should I be aiming for realistically with the above.

This is all achievable best to cancel and await call back to get above pricing

So they got back to me

this is what I was offered

Sky Signature - £16.00 a month 

HD at £5.00 

UHD at £0.00 

Complete Sky Sports at £21.00 

Sky Cinema at £8.00 

Sky Q Multiscreen at £15.00

£65 a month, £3 increase. Told this was best price etc

Decided to proceed with cancellation so services finish on 4th feb. We’ll see how we get on.

Just got email offer to renew package at £31 per month & £10 admin fee.
Will do online chat and try and get admin charge waived at least!

Important thing for me was the total - and being able to remove cinema throughout summer so it suits me that is the most expensive bit

how did you manage to get down to these figures? Were you offered them in the chat when cancelling or was it after? I’d be over the moon to get this plus say multiroom for £10

Never managed to get anywhere near that good a deal !! Sky Sports at £4 ? Don't think I've even seen that good a price- must have got an agent on a very good day !

Just got this deal, had to cancel...waited 30 days, got disconnected for 24 hours then through livechat got the below. Until that point all i was able to get during the 30 day cancellation period was between £46 and £49 per month
