I had poor offers when I cancelled, the phone calls after offered nothing in the day of what I wanted, however two days before it was due to go off I got another call and ended up being offered Sky Signature, Cinema, Kids, HD & ultrafast fibre broadband for £58 a month which I was happy with and accepted.0

Well, my sky tv is now totally off, I used the comeback link to speak to webchat. They still want 19 for signature, 3 for HD and multiscreen at 10 per month. Looks like I have finally left sky as that's more than what others are paying. I'll get to packaging my equipment up!!1

Not offered same enough off here, moving to bt tv, main sky channels including netflix for 16, adding my prime as well for 5.99 making it 21.99 :-) was paying 17.99 just for net flix and prime. You will be suprised how many channels on sky are actually freeview or freesat.

I bottled it in the end a few days before my cancellation 30 days were up. (and 2 days before Christmas.... family/wife would have killed me if I'd have let it fully lapse and go off)
Signature £18 (£13 off for 18 months)
Kids £2 (£3 off for 18 months)
HD £3 (£4 off for 18 months)
Sports £14 (£18 off for 18 months)
Total = £37 per month, new 18 month contract for Signature and Sports, one-off £10 admin fee on your next bill.
I got them to drop the £10 admin (credit that to my account)...... they were adamant there was nothing else they could do in terms of pricing.
End of day, this is £1 per month lower than I was paying for the same package for the previous 18 months.
Although having spent about 3 hours on live chat in the past month, I think my time could have been used better for the quid saving!!
Ah well, will be no doubt be back on this thread in 17 months time.

Just spoke to Sky and got offered:
Sky Signature £23
Ultimate TV £6
Sky HD £6
Multiscreen £12
Landline is Pay as you go
Ultrafast Broadband £35
I have been with Sky since Jan 2005. I thought this offer was pretty poor from the retentions team.0 -
Sky deal just shot up at end of discounts from £36.50 to £62.10 for
Entertainment Package and Sky Sports full package.
Been offered retention of £41 minus Kids Package..whatever that is.
Anyone found basic package with full Sports please for less than £41pm?

I cancelled my contract with Sky earlier on today. They could only offer me £85 for the broadband and TV. This does not include Sports or Movies. My contract will finish on 30th Jan. Let's see what they come back with.KP74 said:Just spoke to Sky and got offered:

I've got Signature (includes Box sets) plus Sports all in HD for £37pm - probably could have done better if I persisted. Should be easier after Xmas to get dealspackers&woodsy said:Sky deal just shot up at end of discounts from £36.50 to £62.10 for
