Been offered
signature £17
kids 1
sports complete pack 17
cinema 8
sports hd 2
Sky hd 3
multi screen 15
Uhd included
Superfast BB 21
Total £84
Which I have accepted as it is cheaper than my current deal. Same content and I currently pay £86.50
Their renewal offer was £134 which I bartered down to £110 and then £84.
I have had to pay their ridiculous admin charge of £20 as they would not budge on that.

My contract was up so contacted the online service and was offered
SignatureHdUHDComplete sports pack
Sports hdMultiroomSuper fast broadband
£75 a month for 18 months£10 set-up fee
It was a slight saving on my original deal (before contract ended) which was that pack but BT broadband instead of sky.
I hoped for better and will gamble being contacted during my 31 day notice.
My property is FTTP and sky assure me they can now provide BB where as they said no last year.
Now the waiting game.1 -
Phoned them yesterday genuinely wanting to leave but thought I'd hear them our with regards their deal so here it is:
Was paying £61/month for Sky (entertainment, kids and sports)
(in addition to the above I pay £30/month to Plusnet for broadband and £14/month for premium Netflix)
Now got an 18 month deal from Sky paying £53 for Sky (basic) + Netflix + Broadband
Previous total = £105
New total = £53
To be fair I removed Sky Sports which was £18 so the real saving is only £34/month.
Edit: Oh and they also gave us a free movie of our choice on Sky Store.0 -

In people's experience is that the final offer whilst in the 31 days cancellation period?
I presume the choice is take it or let the contract expire and take my chances?0 -
Signature £17
Ultimate (Netflix) £6
HD £3
Sports £6
Cinema £11
Multiscreen £10
£10 admin fee. £53pm1 -
Final day in contract for me today so my service will be turned off, presumably overnight.
The last offer I had today on the phone was;Sky Signature 22 Ultimate TV Add On 5 Sky Sports - Complete Pack 17 Sky HD 4 Multiscreen 11 Ultra HD 0 59
Not low enough for me to bite so I'll go without. What have people managed to negotiate after leaving and is it best to do so via chat or phone?

I can't even seem to find the pages to contact sky - their site must have hidden them i just get lost in FAQ loops...

I must be doing something wrong - I cancelled my subscription a month ago with little negation on there side - "we can offer you this", "that's way too expensive".. "ok, its cancelled sir, you have 30 days". Not a phone call, email or anything out of them for 30 days and its getting turned off today.
The best I was offered was £115 for Signature, Sports, Cinema, HD, Multiscreen, Ultimate + Broadband.
They are winning this game of poker at the moment... I have 3 teenage kids fretting about not having any TV over xmas. We'll have to get the board games out and talk to each other at this rate.
Have I done something wrong?
When they call, what phone number is it from? I wonder if I've previously blocked it thinking it was a nuisance caller...0 -
