Got the 'review my options' text message.

Best they offered over live chat... adamant there were no better deals available.

Signature £18 (£13 off for 18 months)
Kids £2 (£3 off for 18 months)
HD £3 (£4 off for 18 months)
Sports £14 (£18 off for 18 months)

Total = £37 per month, new 18 month contract for Signature and Sports, one-off £10 admin fee on your next bill

So basically they jiggled the prices around 
signature was £16, now £18
Kids was £1, now £2
Sports Complete was £16
etc

So will see what happens in the next two weeks.
Although I'd be in the doghouse if I let all this cancellation go through, especially over Xmas

thanks for your help today - I went through the viewmyoptions message service and got:

Multiscreen                10

Broadband ultra         28
Wifi booster               5  (in hindsight, I bet I could have got this reduced/dropped actually)
 
£77 total with £10 admin fee.... I'm happy with that.

Cancelled over a week ago now. I received a text message sending me to a live chat - couldn't get through to anyone on the live chat so rang the number provided and not having much luck. I've been offered £16 for signature tv and £28 for superfast broadband.

Has anyone had much luck recently? I've been paying £41 for bb and TV, up until now.

There is usually an offer there, but some customers don't get an offer. No idea why. I'm in the don't get an offer boat. Perhaps it means they're attempting to call your bluff and want you to come back to them?

I was offered same deal for £38 turned it down. Had 3 missed calls from sky hoping to catch one and see what they offer.

Just signed back up on a retention deal whilst within my 30 day cancellation period (via Live Chat):

Sky Signature bundle - £14
Sky Ultimate TV pack - £5
Sky HD pack - £3
Sky Q Multiscreen - £10
Sky Ultra HD pack - Free
Sky Cinema - £5

Total £37pm

£10 admin fee was also refunded.

I cancelled yesterday by live chat and i was offered the following which i rejected, hopefully i will get a better offer in the next 30 days, if not i will probably just leave as i was only paying £30 for the same package before my deal ended.

Sky Ultra HD Pack £2

Total £46

Just checked my account and it's in fact £37. Ultimate TV pack has been applied at £5.
