Does sky.com/mydeal no longer work? I cancelled a couple of days ago now and if I go to the URL I'm just greeted with an error page!
I had this a few weeks ago, turns out they hadnt actually cancelled me just said they did. The link started working as soon as i could see the cancellation order on my account
  • Does anyone know, or have experience of, getting an improved offer after your sky service actually ends, than that you were given in your notice period?
I have cancelled and in notice period and will hold out for a few days after service finishes if i need to.
Are better deals found by phone call, live chat or 'my deals' (retentions) page?

Really Disappointed with sky on trying to agree a new deal,

just been on to them and they have offered me

Sky Signature at £19 a month - Was Sky entertainment at £17 PM
HD at £5 (that's a £2 discount)    Stayed the Same
UHD at £0 (that's a £4 Discount when you have Multiscreen)  Same
Complete Sports at £22 (that's a £10 discount with an 18-month contract when you have Cinema) Was £15 PM
Sky Cinema at £8 (that's a £11 discount with an 18-month contract when you have Sports) Was £5PM
Sky Q Multiscreen at £15 (with an 18-month contract) Was £10 PM

Sky Broadband Superfast, including line rental, Pay As You Talk calls at £26 (that's a £7 discount with an 18-month contract with Signature)   Was £25PM

which totals £95 per month   compared to £79 before

Its a big increase of which the sky rep isn't prepared to move on so i have cancelled my subscription with them.

just cancelled mine. I was paying £44 a month for basic, sports, UHD and multiscreen. With a new deal discount that has now gone up to £60 so I've put in my cancellation as that's the biggest hike I've had in the 12 years I've been a customer!

I've usually been pretty good with haggling over the years but they appear to be having none of it this time around.

now looking at BT sports bundles and now tv instead!
  • So just began the usual 18 month rigmarole with Sky to negotiate a new deal. Currently have the following:
    • Entertainment £17
    • Box sets £1
    • Kids £1
    • Sports £11
    • Sports HD £2
    • Sky HD £2
    • £34pm total
For same package I was offered £65pm to renew initially. After being transferred to cancellations team I was offered £50pm for new 18 month deal, with free sky Q 1TB upgrade (currently have 2TB hd box). Not good enough so gave my 31 days notice. Logged onto sky.com/reviewmyoptions and was offered the following:
    • Signature £18
    • Kids £2
    • Sky sports £14
    • HD £3
    • £37pm total
Quite happy with this, cant se it getting any cheaper. Am i right in saying this covers everything in my existing package?
i.e. I will still have sports in HD, box sets covered in the signature package, etc.

Finally got offered something today, maybe could have gotten it cheaper if I had pushed more, but was happy enough to accept, its less than I'm paying now anyway and I get Netflix UHD included which saves a lot with the new pricing.

    Sky Signature £17
    Ultimate TV £5
Sky Sports + Cinema (incl Sports HD) £15
    HD £3
    Multiscreen £8.50
    UHD Free

That comes to £48.50 but I think not quite priced yet in future bills in the system as final price post price increase was £51.50, so there is £3 missing somewhere.

Also had the usual £20 admin fee but they credited half of it at least
Hi Filo25, that sounds like a very good deal. I have everything that you have except Ultimate and the best they offered me was £52 (Signature £20, Sports and Cinema £19, Multiroom £10 and HD £3) and this price includes the April price increase. I have been with Sky for 20 years and would of taken your deal and stayed with them if they offered it to me but I am now going to move everything to BT as they have made me by far the best offer for everything that I currently have.
Filo25 can you please give a breakdown of your prices based on the April price increase as I will give Sky one last chance to improve their off before I agree to moving to BT.

What`s the best way to get to Sky Chat now idays? Do I need to navigate the `Help` tab in a certain order to get to chat? Every time I try recently I only end up at "Call Us".
