Thanks. I used the Mesage bit instead, the old Chat bit I previously used seems to be defunct.

This has been a right pain to do this time round, twice tried to accept an offer for new contract through the sky.com/mydeal link, both times it failed to be added to my account, had to make 4-5 phone calls that totalled almost 4 hours but we got there in the end, my new deal as follows for April onwards for sky Q with 2 boxes,

    Signature - £20
Sky sports complete pack - £6
    Sky cinema - £11
    Sky sports hd - £2
    Sky hd - £3
    Multiscreen - £8.50
    = £50.50

Not sure why I'm being charged £2 a month for sky sports hd, thought that came as standard these days? But I've managed to get a decent deal regardless, had been paying £53 a month for the same package previously so happy enough

Not sure if this is a keen price or not but this is what the cancellation team offered me 3 days after cancelling (and turning down the offers pre-cancellation):

    ---

    Here is your package summary:

Sky Signature Pack @ £31.00 pm (£13 off is £18 pm)

Sky HD Pack @ £7.00 pm (£4 off is £3 pm)

Ultra HD Pack @ £4 pm (Free with Multiscreen) Q Experience (Multiscreen) @ £15.00 pm (£5 off is £10 pm)

Sky Pay as you Talk @ £0 pm

Sky Broadband Superfast & Line rental @ £33 pm (£5 off is £28 pm)

So your total monthly cost will be £59 for 18 months & thereafter £90 per month.

     ---

I also upgraded from the standard Sky Q box to a Sky Q UHD box (£25 one off cost).

There was a £10 admin charge for the above too.

I recently came back to Sky at the end of November and now three months later the price is going up by 10%. Can I get out of this increase and if not do I have grounds to end my contract early?

You have no grounds to cancel its in contract you signed they can increase prices max 10% per 12 month rolling period only virgin media allow you to cancel when there is a price increase, Sky have covered their back
