Sorry to ask this here but can I ask were you informed your Sky current contract was up (thought it was now required to do so)
Looking at the forthcoming bill it goes up 11 th july to double. no e mail advising yet.
It appears to be £126 fro 11 July for Sky+ HD multiroom, sport entermainment and movies - sky go.  Also are sky answering phones etc or is it nightmare to get through.
You can get to the online chat through your online account or you can call sky and do it over the phone.

Even more confused - when looking at account on line it shows no increase for 11 July....yet when looking throught interactive service on TV it does.
    Does anyone else have this
  • Have been paying £19/m for basic Sky entertainments package on 18 month contract. Went up to £27 this month and was then reduced to £25 on appeal with (upgraded) Signature package - which now includes box sets. Decided to cancel subsequently as I thought this was far too expensive/ too big an increase,  and am pleased to report am now getting it for £17/m on new 18 month contract.

I have finally received an offer - Signature + F1 - for 18 months on my HD box - £23
I was surprised to see that F1 was allowed as a standalone channel
    Can this be beaten ?

Did you have any installation charges for the Miniboxes or 2TB box?

hi, I wasn't in contact with them, I re-contracted after being with Virgin for a year.  but what I did have was emails offering me £15 for the Entertainment (called signature pack now ) package to come back, so I started from there.

My sky 18 month deal is up on August 16. I had a reminder set up on July 16th to renegotiate with them but last Sunday I got itchy feet so used their chat bot and subsequently called (both myself and wife are keyworkers) 5 minute wait on s Sunday afternoon.

Played the usual game of turning down offer 1 and was put through to the 'cancellation team' (retentions). Took the following offer , not great but it's something.

    Sky signature
    HD Pack
    Sky sports complete pack
    Sky sports HD pack
    Multiscreen

    18 months at £49im

    I'm happy enough with that.
