I would just ring then. I know it states its for vulnerable people but if your contract is expiring and you can't reach them any other way, then just ring them and renegotiate.Timjacko09 said:How are people getting on in the current environment with speaking with sky. My contract up in the next few weeks, and got the "great news - we've given you 12 months of new offers" letter and telling me i don't need to do anything. Funny that - if i do nothing, i give them £23 a month more with their new offers. I have went to sky.com/extend and been told i have been selected to receive a 12-month extension of your offers. To me extend in this scenario is to make last longer - so it should be that my current offers are made to last longer, so no price increase (except the regular quid or 2 they put on every few months). Whats the best way these days of making my case.

My previous agreement has expired so I'm paying Sky way too much. Need to do the usual dance with them but have always done that by phone. I've looked back a couple of pages on this thread but can't see what's the best way to contact them as they say they're only taking phone calls from vulnerable customers? Does anyone have a phone number that's in use please? Also, I know this thread is about TV but has anyone had a good deal on TV, phone and fibre please? Thanks.

Ring them on the normal number. Even though it says its for vulnerable you can still ring and say you are leaving then you can speak to someone. The number I dialled was 0333 759 1143Pinmac1 said:My previous agreement has expired so I'm paying Sky way too much. Need to do the usual dance with them but have always done that by phone. We have been offered the Ultimate TV package (Sky Signature + Netflix + SkyQ 1 TB Box) for £19 per month (18 month contract) with a £20 installation charge and a £10 admin fee although with £50 credit for current legacy high price of base packge. Do you think we can get any better or should we accept?

That seems ok to me. Maybe you could push for HD to be thrown in but that seems like a good deal as it's difficult to get rid of the admin charges it seems. The only issue is that if you are getting a Sky Q box for the first time, I got told they can't install until July.techno20 said:We have been offered the Ultimate TV package (Sky Signature + Netflix + SkyQ 1 TB Box) for £19 per month (18 month contract) with a £20 installation charge and a £10 admin fee although with £50 credit for current legacy high price of base packge. Hi Everyone, just had two questions as I ha e been trying to negotiate with sky again.
1. I managed to get sky signature, HD and Sky Cinema for £25 per month for 18 months. Is this a good deal?
2. If I want multiroom, would I get any discount off the 14 per month and do you have to pay for the first q mini? If so can this fee be waived?
Thanks, Damo
