BUT BT Openreach are not handling new installs or non urgent work at the exchanges, which includes broadband switches and neither are Sky for TV - so you sign up....and wait several months!!

Was on the old Sky Entertainment + HD pack for £18 per month, via a deal from a friend who got me a corporate deal. The contract just ended on that and it bumped up to £32 a month.
Just fired up the chat and had a haggle... managed to get the Signature pack, HD pack and Netflix for £20 per month on a new 18 month contract. Happy with that.0 -

I just went to the cancellation page and it connected me through there. Not too long a wait, but I'm a key worker so think I jumped the queue as it said a 4 hour wait time if you weren't! Bit of negotiation but got there in the end.

It would be great if the people who are able to get into chat, if they posted the link that they used?
I have tried using the chat link under My Account/Offers & Upgrades and all I get everytime is "We're really sorry all of out Sky Experts are currently busy chatting with other customers". Been trying for two weeks. Even starting before 9am in the hope of getting on when it opens at 9am, but nothing. No queuing or waiting.0
