loulou41 I gave notice on sky tv the day before the offers appeared. Didn`t expect anything so soon or as good as I got.

Only the initial one whether as a new customer or upgrading to Q (generally speaking anyway).

I thought that too but 100% confirmed its for 12 months on this renewal.

I was offered £22 a month for Entertainment (£20)+ Box Sets (£1)+HD(£1). I'd have gone with £15. Main stumbling block however is my Sky Fibre BB which they discounted to £15 +£18.99 line which is way over the £20 offer from Vodaphone / Talk Talk at the moment (free line rental)

I think the link you're talking about is personalised so it wouldn't work directly for yourself, sign in and click on 'Manage' and then 'Offers & Upgrades', there should be a link to 'Left Sky in the last 12 months?'

They've seemed extremely reluctant to do deals on the BB all year, treat it as a separate entity and use someone else.

Just keep trying, eventually the offers will show up, it must be personalised to your account so will take time.
