    Hi, I`m not positive as I`ve never got that far but I don`t think you`d lose everything on your planner. You`d lose access yes, but if you get offered a deal to go back to Sky I think you`d get to view everything you had in your planner again.

    I've gone past the notice period and into full cancellation at the end of my current deals for the last 3 years and haven't lost anything from my planner.

    It's all still there, you just can't access most of it or use the Sky box features to live pause etc.

    As soon as you sign up again all of your original stuff is there to view if it's part of your current package. ie if you don't sign up for Sky Sports HD but you had it previously and recorded something from Sky Sports HD channel you won't be able to watch it. But it's still on your planner.

    You say you've heard nothing.
    Have you checked My Sky on the website, check the App too and check via your Skybox 'My Account'. I've got different offers on each of those!

    And I've always had the best offers AFTER the service has gone off even if I've only been without it for a day or two sometimes.

    You need use the My Sky link mentioning leaving in the last 12 months.

    The first advisor wasn't really entertaining a discount but the second one was really helpful.

    Cancelled this morning via Live Chat. Best I was offered was 20% off.
    Went back into My Sky now and no offers available on home screen, when I click on My Offers I get this: -

    Unable to proceed

    Unfortunately we are unable to show your exclusive offers available online. To continue or for more information, please call 0818 719 852.

    Anyone had this? Or anyone have any tips on how to proceed?

    It's very common, but use the 'left within 12 months' link, once you are switched off. (Some of us found that this disappeared after cancellation, until actual termination)

  • I just accidentally reactivated my service at a 60% off offer without actually specifying I wanted to do so! I clicked through to 'view my offers' via the tv app and the next minute a screen came up welcoming me back to SKY! I didn't even know what I agreed to until receiving confirmation e-mails, argh! This was just the deal they offered me on chat before i cancelled to which I turned down! Will have to get back in touch now. Such a headache!

    Wait a couple of days after you've requested the disconnection....you'll be offered the standard 50% off and then go onto webchat for some more.....

    60% off for 12 months on Sky box.

    So disjointed. Does Sky`s left hand actually know what it`s right hand is doing.
