I had to do this to take advantage of a black Friday deal.

Even by MVNO standards they are bad! Cheap through - I've certainly not found a better deal than my 30 day 500min/5000sms/4gb of 4g data for a tenner a month.

    Good evening,

I am usually very good at checking bills etc before my direct debit comes out but I have been very ill recently so it has not been a priority for me. My bill for ID mobile came out of my account on 12th March and is significantly higher than what I should be paying, £42.16 rather than £27.50.
I called ID customer services (what a ball ache that was) to be told that the charges were for going over my data allowance. I argued that I had data remaining that month, my bill reflects this. The man said that sometimes the app says you have data but you don't, they've been having issues with it not giving correct information. I tried explaining it was my paper bill but he didn't listen.
I explained the data charges are dated from the previous billing period but I had data remaining that month too and that bill was fine and paid.
He was no use and just told me to submit and online form.
Apparently they have no complaints department, I have to do this through the online form.
I have attached pics of my bill. Am I completely missing something here or am I correct that these charges are wrong?

The online complaints I dont think goes to India, but CPW itself. That said when I left I was not charged prorata but a second whole month via DD.

Emailed that complaint no contact, when I called a few weeks later the account had been credited with the overcharge but as the account was closed it could not recredited to my bank account without manual pushing, as it was credited to my account by complaints already the woman manually pushed it back to me.
SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe ;)

With any CPW company it's simple. Issue a LBA giving them 7 days to refund what they owe you and if they don't cough up, sue. As long as your proof is sound they will pay or lose.

The 'Important information' at the bottom of the first page of your bill is misleading.

It says the Access Charge plus Service Charge system applies to 08, 09 and 118 numbers. This is not correct. It applies to 084, 087, 09 and 118 numbers.

By stating '08', you imply it applies to 080 numbers. It does not.

My mom tried to get 1 of the cheap 24 month phone contracts & failed the credit check. Took it out in my name instead with her paying me the bill each month

What's the point in a perfect credit rating and what do iD actually check?

You might want to contact them and ask for a reconsideration, they run on the CPW system and that system has been pretty crap for years and declining people on their internal check.

It could also be down to a mistake on details input at the time of application.
