MY PROBLEMS IN RETURNING HONOR 8 LITE PAY AS GO PHONE
I have completed contact us form on 1st page of this forum. Received missed call from Vodafone and email. Telephone call from Vodafone Social Media Team on Saturday. She said she will transfer me to Vodafone returns and they will arrange Royal Mail bag to be sent to me.
She transferred me to Vodafone DPD section. Obvioisly a wrong department. I sent you an email immediately after but todate no respose.
This is not the first time this has happened. Last time I rang Vodafone to return this item I was the call for one hour getting no where just being transferred from on department to another.
CAN YOU PLEASE SORT THIS OUT?????????????????????0 -
Genuinely the worst worst worst company I have ever dealt with !!!!!
17 overseas advisors! 3 Managers ! Facebook social media team ( reply from overseas advisor again)
Praise the Lord spoke with a UK based advisor this morning! Issue sorted in 4 minutes !!!
I'm now done with Vodafone and every other company until the oversees call centres go. They are stressful, unhelpful and absoutley clueless !!!0 -
We are planning to buy a house next year, in preparation I checked my credit file a few months back & noticed a default on my file from vodafone for £22!!
I was not aware of this default up to this point or that any money was owed, I immediately rang them & paid off the £22 & was offered no help on removing the default.
Is there any way to get this removed?0 -

It depends on exactly why there is a default. It could be entirely their fault or (basically) yours. Follow the advice on here to contact the WRT or you'll get precisely no-where either way.0 -

And the WRT are just as useless.
If you have the chance you should leave Vodafone and go elsewhere for your services.0 -
Thank you, I thought I had to have a response from vodafone with a ref number, before contacting them.
I'll contact them now.0 -

The first sentence is completely wrong.
The second is completely right.0 -

No both statements are correct.
If you could only see the complete mess my account has been.
Trying to get a explanation from anyone as to what is going on is beyond me.0 -
All I can say is that I've received help on a LOT of issues via the WRT from many years. They have unravelled them all one way or another. I've also noted lots of examples of people on here during that time who were tearing their hair out before contacting the WRT. Whilst there is an exception to every rule, I don't think anyone in any organisation could have done more to help with the numerous Vodafone problems I've encountered on here - most of which form the basis of the majority of problems other people have on here with Vodafone.0
