Please please please can you check if this has been received OK and if there's anything at all we can do to fix this ongoing issue?0 -
So here we go again with another complaint.
My wife has a Vodafone sim only plan ( best signal where she works )
The plan was unlimited.texts and 20Gb of 4G data includes a entertainment pack....the plan was 40 pounds per month but had a 50% discount.
So with Spotify premium being 9.99 then this became a awesome deal.
So last week or so I thought we would adjust her usage to what she needs, so online chat gets me 500 mins.unlimited texts and 5GB for 10.20 a month.....advisor offers first month free....and I ask for 2 months free.
Guess what....first bill is today......no !!!!!!!g discount..0 -

Both my wife and I asked for the same thing and we still seem to be struggling to get the £10.20 right...it works out as a 40% discount and every advisor keeps saying the maximum is 30%...
Eventually got through to some folk in the U.K. (Who informed me now that Vodafone actually have nobody working in the UK outside of the stores in customer service - the U.K. Call centre is run by " Web Help"....who promised to sort things but it still wasn't sorted...eventually by some minor miracle on web chat our Indian friend (who started asking about marriage and dating advice - I seriously kid you not!!!) finally got the discount sorted.
Also we did an "early upgrade" of a sim only plan - the website states clearly if you do this your original contract is "cancelled"...yet my end date appears to still be February (now 2018) rather than December 2017. The Ts&Cs suggest the minimum term is added on to the new contract but the website is clear that the original contract gets cancelled - they can't have it both ways...so the UK guy changed my contract end date to the December which appears if you login on the website...but the app still shows the February...so I just know there are going to be issues come next year again...oh the joys!0 -

I regret staying with Vodafone should have left them when I had the chance yet again more stress and cannot sort anything out and on the phone to them again and getting no where.
I received a spam text for which I was charged £4.50 for a service I never subscribed for an never heard of this company. I phone Vodafone told to contact Ofcom I did not need to contact you to be told this I know what they do. Easier to fog off customer and not actually help out its customers therefore any company can send me texts and rack up my bill without my knowledge and the mobile providers do not take any responsibility for it. It is Mobile providers who are supposed to protect customer from fraud.
Vodafone your time is up once my contract is over I will be leaving given you too many chances to prove your are a trustworthy company and each year again and again I am having to complain to you about one thing or another. It is evident that your actually don't value your customers yet you go on about providing good customer service which is a joke you cannot keep your existing customers happy at all.0
