I've also noted lots of examples of people on here during that time who were tearing their hair out before contacting the WRT. Whilst there is an exception to every rule, I don't think anyone in any organisation could have done more to help with the numerous Vodafone problems I've encountered on here - most of which form the basis of the majority of problems other people have on here with Vodafone.
Well I must be the exception then.
My last bill was 202.12 which in there error had a early termination charge.
Had it confirmed via a web chat person that 228.98 was credit to my account, this included a gesture of goodwill payment.
So now my account is in credit....yes ?
Ok, so a few days later...the 228.98 credit turned into a 154.98 adjustment on my account....and they tried to take 75.14 from my bank account...( how they generate those figures is beyond me )
So when they couldn't get there hands on 75.14 from my account they blocked my outgoing calls..!!!!
And from this point onwards I have no idea how they are generating amounts onto my account
Useless the lot of them....0 -
And that has what to do with the WRT?0
-
Because I've asked on numerous occasions to help me sort out what is going on....each time I'm told someone will call me back or I'll get a call from billing to explain.
And has such a call came ?
NO0 -
Asked who exactly? The WRT take ownership and you were on "chat", which gets you no-where - as you found - no matter how many time you try (just like calling them).0
-
The web relations team called me several times.
Each time as I say someone will get back to me to explain what has happened.
Then NOTHING0 -
I accept that - though in my own experience it's an unknown event and they have called me scores of times just as and when they said they would.0

Can't wait to leave Vodafone.0

What complete nonsense.
Both times I have contacted wrt they have done nothing except tell me it is being looked at and they cannot intervene.
The representative on here should come clean and explain exactly what they can and cannot do (like not getting involved with ongoing complaints) or stop asking for people to send information that just wastes everybody's time0 -
So you got somewhere with on-line chat? And you used the WRT before wasting your time reading this thread and making a formal complaint instead? More fool YOU.0

What a nasty poisonous personality who completely fails to understand what is being posted.
I was advised to use the WRT by this forum after posting that my complaint was not being dealt with. The only reason I used the on-line chat was because they had blocked my phone whilst in america. If you had actually bothered to read anything..........
If you have nothing positive or useful to say please return to the grubby little corner of the internet that you inhabit and stop posting and insulting people on here because of your lack of knowledge. Are you a troll who gets some incredibly minor pleasure from annoying people on line because of your lack of a life in the real world?0
