have they actually received any of your emails? their internet might be dead , or are unable to enter their cocked up unfinished website.

all correspondence needs doing by royal mail , I,m dumfounded that citizens advice suggest emails , to a company that only has a site enquiry form , and not a listed email address that you are able to verify recept to.

    all communication my royal mail,

    please read carefully

1st class , go into the PO and get free proof of postage , it is deemed to be delivered after 2 working days , if you send recorded
a: they might not be there at post time
b: a hatred of court summons and bailiffs letters have taught them that recorded is bad news .

do it correctly and you will get back re embersmant for your outlay , do it wrong and a judge will laugh at you

OK - blunt time - your SHOUTY attitude isn't doing you any favours. Follow the advice given, lose the drama/emotion and realise that at this end of the market it's probably up to you to fix it and claim afterwards.

Whilst they may be rogues all they need to do is close tonight and reopen in the morning as Heathrow Special Cars Ltd and you're left with nothing other than a broken car

yes I know that , wonder if the OP does , my posting was to give the reason for sending it with POP and not getting them to sign for it by any other method , we could have included sending a signed for small parcel in the list but it was pointless adding it.

There was a light on on the dash but he told me its either the battery or the alternator. He promised me that it wouldnt be an issue. Now the AA tell me its the started motor!!
Kellyshaw, I would be surprised if the light on the dash is anything to do with the failure of the starter motor.

In other words, once the starter motor has been replaced, suspect you will still be left with the "light on on the dash" problem.

    Keep your eye on that.
