I've tried to help you but you responded with angry exclamation marks.

We've all tried to help you and suggested you may have an internal problem but you've dismissed that out of hand even though you've shown with the phone that there may well be an issue here.

If you can't get the normal Sky channels to help you, then email Sky's CEO and explain that your speed is below the minimum estimate for your line but that no-one is doing anything - a quick Google should find it.
