Didn't like the guy I spoke to, his attitude was bad and he was arrogant! Not the way to speak to a loyal Sky customer whose got a problem that is their fault!0

I have always found their customer service, especially for tech help, to be excellent.
You cannot judge their attitude by that of one person, whose 'attitude' could well be affected by your own.0 -
Didn't like the guy I spoke to, his attitude was bad and he was arrogant! Not the way to speak to a loyal Sky customer whose got a problem that is their fault!
Never had that problem with their Customer Service department - a bit lacking in technical knowledge on the BB side but usually helpful.
If you approached the conversation politely I can't see why their attitude would be bad.0 -
