    If your Sky box is connected to your telephone line it requires a filter too.

    Phone in the morning. I spoke to them yesterday morning and got through straight away.

    What page?

    Login here;

    https://secure.sky.com/mysky-homepage/indexb

    or here to take you to exact BB section;

    https://secure.sky.com/my-broadband

    The 2nd link should take you to the login page and once you put your username and password in it will take you directly to the BB speed page.

    Gets faster after unplugging the phone, try unplugging the sky box also.

    Add more filters or replace the filters.

    From two millibits to three millibytes...

    You could get your provider to do a check on your line.

    On the phone to Sky and they say my speed should be between 6-12MB in terms of my original agreement.

    We knew that from the line stats that you eventually provided!

    What have they told you to do?

    Done all the tests etc, they have confirmed the fault is at their end and my issue has gone to their resolutions team and will be resolved between 3-5 days?
