NST: Standing Firm in November
Comments
-
Last check in of the month from me. Thanks to applemuncher for organising November, and everyone who got involved and helped me to stay motivated.
The positives:
:)Debt free
:)Decluttered
:)15 NSD's
:)Made over £400 of extra cash
:)Learned to find gratitude in small things
:)Just one outing this month
The not-so-positives
:cool:Outing was to a coffee shop
:cool:Didn't get outdoors as much as I'd hoped to
:cool:Didn't get as much exercise as I'd hoped
:cool:Work is pretty stressful
My gratitudes for the day:
1. Started my personal training and it was brilliant
2. I managed to get most of my marking done
3. Being snuggled up in bed when it's cold outside.
See you all on the December thread :hello:Not giving up
Working hard to pay off my debt
Time to take back control

Hello,
haven't checked in for a few days either (weekend as usual and a day off yesterday). Got approved for the 0% AA card and balance is transferred. Got 22 months of 0% I think.
Got the a few things done in the house yesterday, that needed done and registered DS for school (at least the catchment one and out of school club). The other preferred school is in another council and won't take applications just yet. Out of school club is actually "only" 320 a month and not 400 and it should get a lot cheaper when he's in P2 and they hopefully built a new merger school.
Spent a lot on food etc over the weekend as we run everything down. Still need to update my figures etc but got a cotton head today due to this cold that everybody around here seems to have too.
will catch up reading later
Oh and I will be releasing my inner hipness as someone described it. Lost out on a pair of Doc Martens that went for 47 (my max was 30) but won a vintage faded green pair for 14 quid (incl postage) :jDEBT 02/25: total £6100 Debt free date 12/250 -
